Transitional Care Unit
Our transitional care unit, The Willows, provides semi-private and private rooms solely for short term rehabilitation. We currently have 19 beds devoted to individuals with little to no cognitive impairment who require in-patient skilled rehab services and/or nursing care. Additional amenities available in this unit include individual televisions and telephones with local phone access.
